Clients needing service or assistance are advised to contact us in the first instance to obtain a Returns Number so we can process your unit more efficiently. Enquiries of a technical nature should be made by email in the first instance. Equipment should be shipped to Audessence in secure packaging – we cannot be held responsible for damage to equipment in transit and charges will be made for any repackaging found necessary for returning the repaired unit safely to you. Please be aware when requesting a repair we will firstly diagnose the problem; then provide an estimate for your approval before undertaking the repair. In the event the client does not accept the estimate we reserve the right to bill for the time spent undertaking the diagnosis plus the charges for courier return and insurance.
